GENERAL GUIDELINES

The best way to determine whether Muēo therapeutic method is right for you is simply to experience it by joining one of the Circles. New participants wishing to begin their work are welcome to start with the 13-session cycle, which introduces the fundamental principles of the method and provides sufficient time to establish a personal practice and

Those already acquainted with Muēo are welcome to continue in 13-session cycles as needed or simply at their own pace until they naturally outgrow the need for it.

Sessions typically last 5-6 hours, depending on the size and experience of the group. Please allow ample time and flexibility.

Healing unfolds gradually through repeated movements of truthful connection to previously disconnected aspects of one’s inner world and by learning to see and name things as they are. While meaningful shifts can be noticed early, the deeper cycle of transformation and integration generally unfolds over the course of a year, depending on one’s willingness to change.

The primary focus rests on the healing of childhood wounds and developmental deficiencies while strengthening the psychological capacities needed for mature participation in life. In many ways, Muēo Circles function as a gym for the psyche.

Excessive emotionality, dramatic catharsis, or oversharing of personal vulnerabilities are generally discouraged unless one’s therapeutic process specifically requires such space. The group setting naturally brings relational dynamics to the surface, creating opportunities to play out, recognize and gradually transform habitual patterns while practicing healthier ways of relating.
